Welcome Adam, I think the draft is auto based on the responses. If you jojn the Centrol you'll be a pitching team in Fulton, join the West and your hititng in Busch

When you say, may spend, shouldn't that read, must spend, otherwsie, it means I may spend it but I don't have to....I know this is a technicality, but I don't want to find out later that I could exceed the salary restrictions for any reason.

Also, when it is said a player can play out of position to qualify for the 3 or higher fielding, does this mean I can take a player with a 1 fielding and play him out of position, so if I take a hitting team, all of the hitters would be available to me, whereas if I took a pitching team only the 1 & 2 fielding hitters are available?

Once we have 12 the East can start to draft. In fact if the East wants to draft now that can, someone just needs to start the league and pass on the password to the others. Then the central can go. Then the West.
