Gotta love a backup player that gets injured more than the guy he's replacing! Sheesh! I'm thinking of hiring a personal trainer just to deal with Sanchez's injuries.

You guys in the Central and West not named Akindian or Bunbury need to kick it into gear or they will run away with those Divisions.

Meanwhile, the East is very tight and competitive, to no surprise IMO. :)

The continuing soap opera that is Jake Peavy is really getting good! 9 straight losses in 9 starts?! That is just incredible! Even on some of the worst teams I've had I don't think I had a starter pull off that feat!

Kev has gotta be elated just being at .500 with a starter that is performing that badly!

Another thing that is interesting to note is that almost noone's home record is overly dominant. We're all right around .500 at home.

Something else I noticed is that a few teams out there are seriously loaded with lefties and switchhitters!

Dangit, not happy - Lost 3 games by a total of 4 runs. As a matter of fact it seems like I've lost tons of close games lately from all my teams. OK SOM Gods, I'm due !

Well, crazy things happen to crazy team owners! 9 straight losses is tough for any player to deal with.
I just heard this morning that Peavy was very depressed and may have swallowed 35 pain killers! He had hand surgery a few days ago where they screwed a steal plate into his hand. He is hoping to play against the Eagles in a couple weeks and............................Oh sorry, I'm getting disgruntled players mixed up!!

Someone said I should report Peavy if he has 12 straight losses in 12 starts. Typically, I like to set records, but this one I could do without.
