Thanks Tim for stepping aside and allowing wjanssen to be the 1st alternate. I have continued to page Grindi and if he doesn't show by tomorrow at 9am then wjanssen will step into his spot. Please go forward tomorrow because it will only be 6am here on Pacific time so I will not be around for the "green light" to go ahead....Just change the draft order and insert wjanssen name. Bobby

ok, checking in Sunday night and see that tkl has graciously passed "1st alternate status" to me... which I very much appreciate, as he had the definite first-claim to joining. Tkl, if you change your mind and decide you'd prefer to join, let me know- no problem with that on my end since as an alternate I'm not even sure I'll join as grindi may show up :wink:

If grindi checks in on the overnight, then no alternate is needed :)

If grindi does NOT check in... I will (a) post a selection by about 8AM ET, just before I get on the road for a drive to DC... along with a proxy via PM to both Cubs48 & 10th Frame for my 2nd/3rd round picks... just in case we move quickly while I'm driving.

In the small likelihood that grindi checks in between 8AM ET and 9AM ET, then obviously just disregard my post and he can proceed as originallt planned.
