The 'Andres Blanco' Theme League

A nice little unexpected sweep last night. :) That, combined with Blanco Blanco getting swept put me into a tie for first and Blanco fell from 1st to 3rd in one night. All that matters little, however, as our Division is still separated by just two games. Will somebody pull away? 8)

Good division races. the Zephyrs were 10-20, now 47-46. Six teams have 46 or 47 wins. Going to go to the wire.

I played 2 more 1-run games last night! I feel like the number of 1-run games I've played will be a record, although that's not something that'll be in the record books unfortunately.

Meanwhile, only[b:24f51d3968] 1 GAME[/b:24f51d3968] separates the Central, Will all four teams have the exact same record soon?

Lastly, Rincon has still not given up a run. 93 games and a zero ERA. :)

not really terrible stats more like 1968 much more realistic than the Tim Redding league we do have some high scoring games I doubt they had low scoring ones in the other league

It would be nice to get an explanation from Babies on why he felt it would benefit his team to trade Pedro for Garland.

I for one had no objections to the Garland/Pedro trade - interestingly enough Garlands ERA was quite similar to Pedros - perhaps because the difference between Ace SP and Average SP is less pronounced in a league with pitching parks & limited offenses.

Anyway thanks to all for their concern & for Aray0113 for expressing his viewpoint on why the Garland deal was the right fit for him. :)

Btw there were eight (8!) shutouts last night including a series where every win was a shutout. :) 8)
