1. division assignments will be as follows
the first four teams to pick thier handicap will make up the east the next 4 central and the last 4 west
2. the out of position rule will not include c and dh so that f thomas can play so the rule should read 4 of the 7 position players not including c and dh.
3. the of arms can have one - arm but the total of the three must add up to +1 or higher if you have no - arms than it can add up to 0.
4. the no speed team is 14 and below not below 14.
