Event 7, League 4 sign-ups - DRAFT HAS BEGUN

Sorry stopped checking the forums waiting for a pw and just checked again to see what the hold up was.... Great it was me. I'm in been ready the past 2 days :( Oh well draft is on tonight.

Shame it took so long to load up the league. I wonder how many others besides myself are now unavailable for the waiver wire (now scheduled for Saturday) since the AD got held up until tonight.

Next time I'm in the west, and the league matters to me, I'm going to load last to be sure it doesn't happen again. A new strategy. I'd better let Fog and woods know; they like this stuff.

I won't be there Sat either, probably won't even see the results until Sun AM or very late Sat nite. Good thing it's a live draft so I won't need post waivers as much as I usually would.

Sounds like this is something we should have discussed before. But as was said, being a draft league it's not quite as important.

You can never please everybody.

The one time I made the mistake of volunteering for LC, I took a raft of sh!t from (almost) half the league for agreeing to delay the draft for this very reason...still in time for the posted start date...and that was in the first 2006 Tour event, an AUTODRAFT, when hardly anybody in the league (except Riggo...who screamed the loudest!) was even familiar with the '06 cards yet!

Good luck to all...even Uncle, although I owe him one for stealing the wildcard from me by one game the last time we were in a league (and division) together...last year's Tour finals, no less!

And, in case anybody's forgotten, he's the Defending Champ, so...please, show him NO MERCY!!!

Hey Uncle, I take it all back, even tho it was in jest...last thing I'd want is to take away anybody's refuge from the missus!

Glad to be in the Defending Champ's division, in this very tough league with this great bunch of managers, for what's likely my 2006 swan song...next best thing to making the finals!
