What would be the Strat "All-Century" Team?

Using the best cards from all the sets, what could be the best assembled team? With a budget, or without, the Strat "All-Century" Team, c'mon, do it.

If so, guys Olerud comes to mind.

ManRam (Bad D though)
V. Guerrero (a 7L year, but still hit well)

These are just some of the hitters that I can recall that had good seasons in Strat.

Pedro has had some good seasons.
Smoltz both as a SP/RP
