I tried the good pitching and defense approach in wrigley in my first season and it went horribly wrong. But if it makes you feel better, your team looks much much better than mine did. You appear to be in good shape. Good luck

thanks guys, im amazed at the start 6-0 now. Still have 4 million in cash to upgrade once i find out which guys are in their bad years. :-)

10-2 start , Valenzuela 2-1 23ip with 0.78 era (1 loss vs Clemens in 1-0 game) , Soto 3-0 23 ip with 1.57 era. Parrish .357 4 hr 11 rbi , PMolitor .304 avg and 5 steals, JClark 3 hr 12 rbi, Dunston .372 - 3 - 9 , and the surprise Dwayne Murphy 4 hr 9rbi.

very nice start hopefully this is a sign of having everyones good cards :-) haha

so after the 10-2 start, the team has definitely slowed down the record is now 52-35 , still have a 7game lead. the lead was chopped to 4 a couple sims ago but we just pushed it back up to 7.

Wound up dropping Bret Saberhagen , got 3 amazing starts from Zane Smith sent 18 ip 0.50 era.

Fernando Valenzuela - 22-9 3.21 era
Mario Soto - 16-10 3.74 era 273 strikeouts in 238ip
George Bell - 52 hr 129 rbi
Lance Parrish - 42 hr 102 rbi
Frank White - .302 - 17 hr 64 rbi.
Paul Molitor only a .246 avg but 49 steals
Joe Carter (pick up after start only 132 games) - 28 hr 70 rbi

Maybe my Jabipps will give you a run in the finals With the 5 game semi that was just completed I have to adjust my SP. Kison will have to step it up. :D :D
