I believe that Chuck (Cummings2) also had expressed an interest. :D

FYI, I have a doctor's appointment today. I have a really sharp pain in my lower right abdomen and I fear appendicitis or a hernia so I could end up in the hospital by the end of this week. If I suddenly "disappear" that will be why. I'll try and let y'all know.

I think if it was appendicitis you'd know, I had mine taken out about 6 years ago, it is extremely painful!! Regardless of what it is I hope it goes well for you and that no knife is involved.

BTW, cool on going across the pond. I want to get to Europe sometime in the next 5 years, that's my goal anyway.

Well, I hope you are right but I can assure you that I all but too aware of this pain. I am using the web as a distraction right now but I can't turn my head or body without letting out a yelp in pain. But, because I have yet to present a fever that is why I am thinking a hernia possibly. I can tell it's not just a muscle tear though because the pain is much more acute. I am sure it ill be a long day of tests however.

"Acute" pain is a sign of appendicitis. I didn't have a fever with mine either. It took an Ultrasound before they found it. A cat-scan, MRI and one other test I can't remember didn't show the problem. Ultrasound and voila there it was. Good Luck!

That doesn't bode well then. I had a CT today and they saud that showed that i did NOT have appendicitis.

They wanted me to take it again tomorrow but with dye imaging (I had eaten too much before it today).

They said they would be looking more at a possible hernia, but now you have me doubting them. I hate this. :( :cry:

but I have 9 2005 credits that I just noticed I still have (32 credits spread over all the SOM games!!!)

Is this league running? I wanted to throw my credits into it for the playoff teams. 2 each, winner getting one extra.

Guys, since no one is throwing out names, I propose we send out invites to Cummings and et and see if either are interested.

Anyone opposed or think we should wait longer?

As for invites, I know that ET is doing a "swansong" league on the main forum, so not sure if he would want to do this. Worth a try I suppose.

Cummings2 would be a great addition as well. :)

I guarantee you that Penn would NOT have made that generous offer if I had beaten you Big! :wink: :P

Meanwhile, the pain in my side dropped in half overnight so apparently I am not headed for anything more drastic thn just some more rest.
