Once Riggedsplits makes his picks, the clock will start. Does anyone have a problem with a 2 hr. time limit between 9 AM and 11 PM EST?

Raiders have missed 2 picks now. Should we hold up draft for him/her?
Just saw mcsoup, but looks like it is up to me now. I'm going to hold until Raiders shows or it comes close to my time limit.

You can't skip a guy in the draft twice. My proxies were set but I fucked up somehow. I understand the first skip that is my bad. But the rules say you don't skip a guy twice.

My understanding is that you can't skip a guy twice in a row. If I am wrong someone let me know. I will take one for the team this time because it is my fault. If I get skipped again then I am pulling out. If I am wrong about this rule then I am being a cry baby and should shut up.

Sorry raiders I didn't know about this rule. I waited the 3 hours but was worried I would then be skipped when my time was up.

Where are the rules stating we don't skip a guy two times? I understand it sucks if that happens, but what if the person is the turnaround guy who has back-to-back picks. Are we supposed to give an unlimited amount of time to that person? I was not aware of any rules stating this? If it does say it somewhere, I apologize, but I don't think it's right to threaten the league with pulling out because of an oversight or error on your part.

(Note - I don't want this taken the wrong way, and I just had knee surgery this morning and am on Percocet, so take it for what it's worth. But, I'm feeling no pain at the moment.)

I can not access Penn's draft sight. Is it just me, or has he discontinued his service as Red Beards warned us about?

I was just reading Penngray's post. It says that it will be down as of Nov. 29 - so we should be OK. However, I cannot get in either.
