Round 5-8 - 2.0m or less
Round 9-12 - 4.0m or less
Round 13-16 - 6.0m or less
Round 17-20 - 8.0m or less
Round 21-26 - ANY Salary (including ballpark)

Note: This means ballparks can only be drafted in Rounds 21-26

Am I correct in assuming the salary limitations apply only to the draft, and afterwards during frenzy or through trades one may have more or less than the numbers allotted during the draft to each salary range?
