FM...AZ doesnt have much pitching...I will have some extra, maybe we can work out a trade.

I'm always looking to trade. I have some questions however:
1) can a team trade either of the two players from the supplemental draft rounds? (it appears not but I want to be sure before I select)
2) if a team makes an uneven (e.g. 2 for 3) trade forcing that team to drop a player, is that dropped player now available to others under rule #1? If the player dropped is one of those traded for, that is he never really was on the roster, is he still subject to being drafted by others?
3) Is there any grace period between trades. By this I mean, if I trade 3 for 2 with the intention of following up with a 2 for 3 trade, do I have to bring up an other player in the meantime? If not, how long is the grace period?
4) Can trades be made exclusively with players who are not on anyone's 25 man roster (a trade of minor leaguers)?
5) When do the 25 man rosters have to be in and can we trade before then?
Sorry if I am asking dumb questions but this is my first try at a league like this and I want to make sure I understand the rules.
