To my knowledge the divisions are set up based on the total salary of both of your teams regardless of who you put on your AD card. By the time the AD runs and we find out you or anyone else has drafted all 50¢ players the divisions are already set up. The draft can't run before everyone is already in a division.

My comment above was just saying - I wonder if the teams that had the most salary to work with end up having the most salary when we all have 25 man rosters. In some cases it is just a matter of having more players listed for one team than another. When we are all at 25 players it might be different.

BoDean is guaranteed to be in the West division as there are already 8 teams with a lower total salary. You could create the league and get us started if you want to.
