I'm glad I'm not in the same division as Larry and his speedsters. My catchers couldn't throw out David Ortiz who had a late jump and tripped halfway to second!! :shock:

I'm interested to see if Wilkerson makes the 25 man roster.., I hope not.

I have built so many MM teams I've never really had more than 3 maybe 4 LHH on any of my teams. This one however will have lots of LHH, and very few RHH......so be it.

Wilkerson will be my starting CF. I think Schneider and Posada will be platooning at Catcher. A "0" and a "-1" is all I can throw out there to stop the speedsters. My team should hit about 300 homeruns so I hope it will be enough to offset the walking doubles we will be giving up!!

My initial plan was this:
DH- Giambi
C-Posada/Schneider~platoon
1B- Nick Johnson
2B- Soriano-Vidro or Spivey~platoon
SS- Jeter
3B- ARod
LF- Matsui-Guillen~platoon (backward platoon)
CF- Wilkerson
RF- Sheffield-Delucci~platoon

When I finally set my lineups, I might do something different! As you can see, defense is for wimps!!

1B-Johnson
2B-Ellis
3B-Chavez
SS-Crosby/Viz
LF-Kietlty/Tyner
CF-Hunter/Taveras
RF-Tyner/Drew/Kearns
DH-Utley

I won't be hitting 300 homeruns so I really hope my D (even though D is for wimps :) ) and my pitching keeps my in the games. I'm anxious to see how that pitching does.
