The Return of FRKL - Season II - Stoney Reigns Supreme!

1 - All teams can protect 6 Players worth up to $50m

2 - 6 Round FA Draft will be based on W/L record with RS/RA Differential as 1st tiebreaker.

3 - Multiple stadia will be allowed

[b:34c1c03ab7]Miscellaneous Rules:[/b:34c1c03ab7]

1 - Draft Clock will be 3 Hours running from 10am-12midnight Eastern 7 days a week, except for Canadian & American Holidays.

2 - Division assignments will be by choice for the 1st Season (pick your own division), then majority vote will determine division alignment for the future season(s), 06 and beyond.

4 - Both 06 seasons will be DH Leagues.

5 - Salary cap will be 80m.

6 - League will be "Advanced" - earning Champion 50 Points for Manager Ratings

7 - League will use Waivers. All Live Drafted Picks should be put at the BOTTOM of your draft card with autodraft selections at the TOP.

* - Owners will have until end of check in to suggest rule changes/additions

Oct 23-26th - Post Keepers

Nov 6th - Season starts

~~Shiver~~....I just think of my last FRKL season and get the chills!! How you guys talked me into repeating this nightmare is beyond me! :shock:
[b:33e1b65e16]I've already decided who my 6 keepers are. They are the only ones who are worthy of being kept.[/b:33e1b65e16]
1. Paco Valez--the greenskeeper (nice mowing job-spelled out FRKL in the outfield before games).
2. Otto Van Blowout --Bullpen coach (he worked his butt off last season having to pick up the phone around the 2nd or 3rd inning each game to get the weary relievers throwing)
3. Sara Lee--Personal Chef (she helped get through the sweeps with specially prepared comfort food)
4. Pussycat Dolls--Cheerleaders (they were the only reason the stands were filled at home)
5. Cooter McCracken--Parks Cars for Home games (I once saw him intentionally "key" Jeepdrivers Wrangler one time....he is a keeper)
6. Me--Owner (None of the debacle last season was my fault. I am brilliant!!)

I will have to start from scratch for the rest of my franchise. :cry:
