Build your team from cheapest to most expensive player! Every 4 rounds you will get an extra 1-2m on the max allowed per round!

Round 1-4 - 1.0m or less
Round 5-8 - 2.0m or less
Round 9-12 - 4.0m or less
Round 13-16 - 6.0m or less
Round 17-20 - 8.0m or less
Round 21-26 - ANY Salary (including ballpark)

Note: This means ballparks can only be drafted in Rounds 21-26

Other Rules:

(a) 100m cap

(b) DH

(c) Frenzy

(d) 5/10/20 salary hit

(e) Pick III Lottery (Low to High) determines draft order

(f) Divisions will be 1st come first serve

1 - Divisions

If the majority of owners prefer something other than first-come first serve divisions, I am willing to go with

(a) Second lottery to determine divisions post-draft
(b) Draft Salary determines division (Highest 4 spent, Mid 4, Lowest 4)
(c) 1-2-3-4, 5-6-7-8, 9-10-11-12

2 - Draft Order

Penngrays draft site has 3 draft format options

serpentine
straight (1-12 every round)
position format (alters every 2nd round)

This draft was intended as a serpentine draft, but again, if majority would prefer to go with the position format (as set up by penngray) we can go that route also.

3 - Frenzy

This league was intended to have a post-autodraft frenzy. I did not intend to put on any restrictions on owners post-autodraft, other than those already in place by TSN.

The frenzy, and free player movement, will allow owners to tune their teams to better suit their divisions, as I had not intended for divisional assignments.

Again, if the majority request, I am willing to consider some form of restriction on rosters, but I do not personally think it is necessary.

2. Draft order

I was trying to point out that whoever has the first pick amongst all players 1.0 mil and below will also have the very first choice of all players 2.0 mil, 4.0 mil, 6.0 mil, 8.0 mil and any price. That is quite an advantage to be able to choose the best player at every single price point. However, it would appear that you cant put my matrix in Penn's site. I do think we should consider that the serpentine draft is no different from a straight draft in this league format. Once again, I am OK with whatever you decide. Just want to point out something that nobody is talking about and is definitely a big advantage.

3. Frenzy

No real preference so whatever Arryl decides is OK.

AT, I think you should stick to the original plans per 1) frenzy, 2) no restrictions to keeping players, 3) Sepentine Draft. The only thing I may be for that wasn't in the original plans is divisions not being first come, first serve, but I'm ok with whatever you decide.

OK if we start this weekend by me, but I can guarantee (to those anxious to start) we'll get stuck at some point. I've never seen a draft not get stuck at some point during a weekend when there's no clock. :wink:
