I am very open to what others wants, i prefer starting on sunday when we are sure tax around. but since there no clock on the weekends, i dont think there is problem with it, I one suggestion , can we have the clock set at 4hours. and i am assuming clock runs 7am to 11pm? then its off the clock, or we are running the clock 24hours?
