Actually, I've got Roberts in a couple Safeco leagues, and he's raking, hitting over .300. I actually think this is a little better for him, since he isn't exactly racking up the BP HRs there. Still, I'd have rather gone a different way, but SOMEONE took my Big Papi away. We'll see how it goes, but Canoli isn't real happy right now.

Sandy, great game today. Texas's D-line is amazing and we couldn't get any running game going. I'd say things were even or we outplayed you except for the 2nd quarter. If Nunn didn't fumble with 2 minutes left, we had a 1st down and could have run down most of the clock.

All in all, a great college football game.

Yeah, but that's an "if" and turnovers are a part of Texas' game.

Plus, if Griffin doesn't make that stupid retaliatory penalty in your last drive and you have to play out the 2nd and 20 from your side of the field instead of the 1st and 10 from OUR side of the field, your excuse might have been moot anyway. :wink:

From what I saw of the game I'd have to say the better team won in the end (if we had any kicker at all and we wouldn't have been sweating the game at all), but not without great gnashing of teeth on my part. :evil:

Lefty pop. Took Pena. Would have made a difference. Could take one of those expensive 1B, but i like my pitching. So I guess I'll give it a shot with less power in a hitting park.
