WTH, put me in for the letter S. Not sure what all the parameters are, since I haven't read all the back threads. But, I've done an Alphabet Theme League before, and it was fun, although I got my head handed to me on a platter. I had the letters E, G, I and Q. Liked my squad opening that league, but it ended up being the M squad (always a favorite in this theme setup) vs. the L & T squad in the championship. That was a $100m cap league, if memory serves me correctly.

URGENT...we're down to one opening left, with four teams joining friday, assuming one is modmark and his s for supermen, but need to make sure the others who joined are keeping the theme. it's especially important to those of us who are already in, especially the early joiners like myself, who didn't rank the guys in any particular order, since no other team is suppossed to draft any b's etc. does anyone recognize the late entries in the central and the three who filled up the west last night, and have any way of knowing if they're in keeping with the theme?

So now we have A,B,C,D,G,M,W taken, and now S, that makes eight teams accounted for here, but eleven are now entered. if no one can vouch for the other three, we may have to bail and switch this to a password league. if we have three renegades, and a potential 4th joining at any moment and throwing us into autodraft mode, it may be too big a mess to fix. if anyone who has registered here as complying with the theme is in in the west, maybe it's best to withdraw so we don't fill out and complete this. what does anyone else think? :?

I have not entered a team as of yet. I will wait and see how this sorts out. I am still interested in an S team, but if someone else took the letter before me, and simply didn't post about it, I will stay out. I'll check back in every so often, and see what the theme administrator has to say.

Willing to bet not all teams are theme related so I pulled out. Didn't want to fill by accident. Let's see if anyone claims the other teams....

Given the specific requirements of this theme league, I have a feeling it would be better served if the league was set up with a PW.

I created a new league, G-Men challenge...password is alpha. I agree that it seems unlikely that the new entries are theme teams, so EVERYBODY BAIL! :!:

So, before I enter a team, I just want to be sure of things - $80m, DH, and all of my players must start with the last letter S, and my park must also start with S. Is this correct? And, what happens to the letter players not on our draft cards? Do they become FA fair game, or are they off limits to everyone else all season? Sorry for all the questions, I came late to the party). And, hopefully, someone won't take the PW you just posted and enter a NON-Theme team. :wink:

Is it safe for me to assume that I do, indeed, have the S players (i.e. no one else has claimed them)?
