Not really! My half a century old Birthday dinner was supposed to be last night, home made clam chowder, prime rib, mushrooms, but got delayed due to excessive kid functions. Same thing tonight. I have a PB&J and some Ruffles.

Thanks, Joe. Great job, as always. And, the Tigers magical season comes to an end. Just wasn't in the CARDS for them this year. Congrats to St. Louis. They have great fans. Marge must be dancing right now. :)

I hope the clam chowder was from scratch. I LOVE clam chowder. Joe's Crab Shack has awesome chowda. The Cozy in Thurmont Maryland, had a buffet with a killer chowda. I got a big bowl for dessert. Thurmont is the home of camp David.

We got the recipe from a really nice place in the UP of Michigan. New England clam chowder...not that yucky red stuff! It's out of this world. Best I've had so far! :D

Coach:

That's seems awfully cheap for any jersey let alone a Josh Gibson jersey. Did you have pictures of the guy's wife???

My daughter Kelly bought the Crawfords hat because she said they had the most stars of any team: Cool Papa Bell, Josh Gibson, Oscar Charleston, Satchel Paige and Double Duty Radcliffe among others.

Smart kid kissing up to Dad and his favorite sport. I shelled out for the hat and some other stuff in that Cooperstown store for both of my kids. :)
