Three items need updating on the Leaderboard

These three items have been mentioned in other threads as elements that need corrected on the current Tour Leaderboard:

1.There are numerous owners showing up on the leaderboard that have no chance of completing the five required events. Namely, glennglenn at 106 points and Ducapa at 96 points will not complete the tour. Other owners that will not complete are much lower in the standings.

2.Penalties for rules violations need to be assessed. The only specific rule I've seen mentioned is the 200+ innings rule. Of the current top 35 ranked managers, only ArrylT in Event 1 and errormagnate in Event 2 have violated this rule and need their scores from those events adjusted.

3.Scores for owners serving as "fillers" are included in overall rankings. I have not seen any specific examples listed for this. Others will have to mention these if they know of specific situations. I only list this because I've seen others mention it happening.

Finally, it has been requested elsewhere also that a column be added to the leaderboard that shows how many events each owner has participated in so that we all have a better idea of where we stand as the tour winds down.

Thanks for all your work on the Tour, Teepack. We appreciate your efforts so far in making it run very smoothly.

I've double checked and no problems with RP overuse.
