Three-way tie for the WC, and the Swedes haven't clinched anything yet either.

I usually don't come out of these things on the positive side. I hope tonight will be different, as this squad has really fought their way back big time.

You know, I think I finally learned a lesson last night.

I had left this league alone (mostly out of frustration) just after the mid point, when my team started its mercurial rise from obscurity.

THEN, at the height of the run, and coming into this closing stretch where I now unbelievably had a chance I decided to finally tinker with the starting rotation.

I have 4 main sp's and 3 other "cheapies" that I was supposed to mix and match with but during the run I just let one of them "mop up" while the other two started.

Soooo, guess what happens when I decided to to what I thought was best?

You got it, ... I went on a losing streak that now jeopardizes my chance to make the post season.

Add on the fact that I lost my starting catcher for the rest of the year (inc. the pos-season if I should make it) last night.
