Uncharacteristically LM's team has been average of late and I've narrowed his lead to three, the closest I've been in a while. Only 15 to go though, I may run out of time. LM, c' mon buddy, get swept for me tonight, let's make it close just for the fun of it. :wink:

There are 7 teams bunch up trying to get 3 playoff spots! :shock: The Central Division I'm in has 3 teams within 1 game of the Division lead. My team is precariously sitting at the top of the division tied with my good buddy Larry with Milezd ready to pounc on either one of us if we stumble at all.

Randy, watch out in the West. Jeep is only 3 back and it's crunch time! Jeep has been known to do some unscrupulous things to win a division. I would hire food tasters before your team eats and check the brake lines on your players cars. :D

After my Helllllllllllllllacious :twisted: start, I have "pulled" to nine games under .500 and nine games out of first. Now, with 15 games left, could I go 12 and 3 to get to .500. Probably not because the Bears have my number this season and I have them 6 more games this year. Just to see that lead drop under double digits for the first time in a million games just gives me the warm fuzzies. Good luck all. Randy and Kev I am pulling for mostly, but good luck to all. My Bears are going to try to stagger to the finish line without our spark plug, Podsednik. He went down for 15 games recently so my 3 game lead over Jeep's Hustlers could dissapear faster than he can go from first to third. On the positive side is that he will be healthy for the last 3 game series vs the Hustlers if I need him. Otherwise he will rest those 3 games too!

Podsednik has been my team MVP and is greatly missed.

No offense to LitAngel but losing two out of three to the Daisy's ain't gonna get me into the playoffs. Especially since LM had no similar letdown against the McScrubbs. 5 out with 12 to go...if I may borrow a Bull Durham line...If I come back now, "it'll be a miracle".
