This 3 team Central race is giving me heartburn. Why couldn't the season end today with me having the 1 game lead over my 2 respected divisional foes??!
*This league is full of my best buddies and always the most fun. We need to have a new Scrubs league. The last 2 have been nail biters led by no-name superstars. Anyone up for a 3rd Scrubs league? We could try a ATG scrubs or some other idea. Usually I leave the league ideas up to the creative ones like AT, Randy, Larry, and Jeep.
BTW, Congrats to Doc! He won a game 7 to win a world series in another league last night! :D :D :D

Milezd!! I am hoping for the law of averages to catch up in our one on one confrontations!! Even my worst teams never had been dominated by a single team so much!! I'm 2-16 with 6 games remaining against your bullies!! Where are the law of averages????? Have you pounded them into submission as well? :shock:

Not that it means anything (which it doesn't) but I just recognized a flaw in our league name...
Shouldn't it be "[b:bf2a08194e]Scrubs[/b:bf2a08194e] are better" instead of scabs because a scab is a strikebreaker, someone who ignors the strike and works anyway. :wink:

It's just that my team is very well suited to play your team, your lineup is, for the most part, all right handed batters, my pitchers are, for the most part, all good against right handed lineups, add to that my lineup is much better versus righties than lefties (your rotation is ALL righties)

Until you are mathimatically eliminated it's not over. With so many of my players on the DL I'm still a little worried. If you can remain within 3 games you can still sweep me in the last series of the year to win the division. I think you hold the tie breaker advantage over me.

Speaking of mathmatical elimination, my squad decided to continue the agony for a little while. Sure, a slow painful death over a quick one, that's what we want. :roll: :wink:
