Soory, sykes, but I have to pass on that offer. Henderson is available throughout the decade, so I was looking for a longtime replacement/solution.

As for duplication, Penn will also be picking a ballpark from this list.

I guess a question that hasn't been discussed is whether County Stadium and Wrigley Field can be picked by T.Rich and Penn, since they've been blown up. We can discuss this if TR/Penn want either of these ballparks.
