You mention a lot of platoons...There are very few .75C that will make an impact (Cerone and Bando each have 1 such year), so I would consider a Gedman or Whitt platoon with a Laudner, Melvin or Valle. This way you will get pop out of the C position (If by some miracle, Fisk, Tettleton or Simmons are available, grab 'em).
I like Clark at 1B. he has 3 great years, and 2 good ones. I would also consider Barrett, Oquendo or another 2 at 2nd. Trillo is always an option, but I think that you can get pop elsewhere so that you can lose a little here, but improce defensively.
I like your SS, T. Fernandez. Pendleton has 2 good years. I have found Cey to be a great 3B, due to both power and OBP. He is a little more expensive than Pendleton and a 3, but has fewer dog cards than Pendleton. Buddy Bell is also a good bet.
I love Rickey. L. Moseby at CF is ok, but I would see what else is available in RF. What about cheap power sources such as Armas or Barfield (2 great cards, 1 ok, and 2 dogs).
No need for a DH platoon with A. Davis. He is a relative bargain at around $3MM, and except for one year (and the dog card) is fiarly balanced. Dump Tabler to save the cash.
Dump Seitzer, pick up Billy Ripken or a Scott Fletcher and a 1b/3b like Cabell. R. Law and M. Felder. I am a fan of Mickey Hatcher too due to his versatility.
I like D. Sutton. Unless you get Guidry's 78 card, I would cut him, same for Morris (he usually bites). I like Gullickson as a #4. Who else is available? Is Barker, Deshaies, K. Forsch or Dennis Martinez? I would take any of them before Jack Morris.
I am a big fan of the .75 scrub bullpen. Except for Lee Smith or Mark Davis, I rarely have picked up BP help in excess of $1.1 (Aase or less). The Quiz usually gets lit up, and I would rather have Al Holland or Henke if you are going to spend serious cash in the 'pen. T. Burke and C. Lefferts should be solid. D. Moore, F. DiPino, and A. "Senor Smoke" Lopez will be crapshoots.
Just my thoughts... :D
