MY FIRST TEAM - PLAY BALL!

Ok, here are the rules, after discussion, debate and voting:

1. Owners' first team must have been in SOM 2001 or 2002.

2. Autodraft cards must include all the players from that first team that have '05 cards.

3. AD card can be filled in with other players - but you can only choose players added to the game after 2002. That way you won't be getting someone else's original players unless they were yours, too.

4. After the AD, you cannot waive/drop players that were on your original team. You can trade these players, but the team receiving them cannot waive or drop them.

5. Any players on the FA wire after the AD can be picked up as long as you're not dropping an 'original' player (from your 01 or 02 team) to pick up the player.

6. Must use original ballpark or park that replaced it, regardless of changes.

7. $80 million salary cap.

8. Waiver draft will be used.

This is moving ahead under the assumption that it can be started soon -- within the next few days. At some point I will set a deadline, for the league to either start or be scrapped.

I'm optimistic this will work and looking forward to playing with some unique and fun teams!
