ONE K PER INNING AND A THOUSAND RUNS

Postby ssnicker » Wed Nov 02, 2005 10:04 am

:?: is it possible to have a PITCHING STAFF WITH MORE THAN 1 K PER INNING PITCHED AND LESS THAN 1 HIT PER INNING, WHILE SCORING MORE THAN A THOUSAND RUNS, WITH OVER 300 HOMERUNS IN 80 MIL CAP LEAGUE? 2003
HOW ABOUT 10 K PER 9 INNINGS FOR THE WHOLE STAFF?

Those pitching stats might be possible for a particular team, and those hitting ones for another, but it seems unlikely that a single team would be able to accomplish both...you'd need to be up against poorly constructed teams, and HAL would have to be particularly kind...why do you ask?

MORE THAN ONE K,LESSTHAN 1HIT PER IN, 1000 RUNS, 300 HR GOAL

Postby ssnicker » Wed Nov 02, 2005 12:41 pm

TRYING TO DO THIS IN MY 6TH SEASON (FOURTH 2003)
JUST MISSED LAST SEASON, WITH 295 HR AND 981 RUNS-MADE BOTH PITCHING GOALS
THIS 4TH SEASON (27 GAMES PLAYED) IT SEEMS THE HR, RUNS AND K ARE VERY LIKELY-ONLY THE LESS HITS THAN INNINGS APPEARS IFFY.
HAVE A CHANCE, IF I MAKE A MOVE, AT 10K PER 9 INNINGS FOR THE WHOLE STAFF ( ALL FOR LESS THAN 28 MILLION), WITHOUT USING RANDY JOHNSON, BJ RYAN, JOE NATHAN OR JEFF NELSON
HAS ANYBODY OUT THERE BEEN IN A LEAGUE WHERE THIS WAS DONE?

ssniker, please take off the caps lock when typing. It mean you are yelling or angry, and is an eye sore to look at.

how do you do "links"?

Postby ssnicker » Wed Nov 02, 2005 1:16 pm

i do not know how to do links, but these are the leagues-
tsn 24259 1451 in 1430 hits with 1461 k- 979 runs( not 981 i claimed) 295hr
currently in tsn 28399 after 27 games on pace for 1140 runs and 378 hr, while the pitching is averaging 9.65 k per 9 innings, and 9.04 hits

wasn't too far off in tsn 10488 1452.1 in 1362 hits and 1458 k, but 945 runs and 275 hr

To provide a usable link to your team, go to the statistics page for the league, and hover your cursor over your team name and right click. Select "copy link location", and then get to another reply for this thread and right click again and paste it into the reply. We can then see what you're bragging about! LOL
