Preliminary Lineup for me boys.

3. Gehrig - 1B
4. Ruth - RF
5. Meusal - LF
6. Lazzeri - SS
7. Sundber - C
8. Beniquez - CF
9. Wills - 2B

Not as much hitting as I would like, but thats the way it goes.[/quote:be5e920d0d]

Forgot my pitching

Drafted 6 for matchup situations.

4 lefties and 2 rightys
McClain and Hoyte to fight the road warriors
Lolich, Hiller, Penneck, and Ruther when you come to my place.

Closer by comittee I suppose with PAtterson and Devine leading the way. May use a couple of the starters if innings allow.

Could be interesting.

Maris, Ruth and Gehrig on my team and who is leading the team and the league in RBI's--- Tony Lazzari.

Guess I know why I am not coming quickly out of the gate.

I don't have much going for my team except they are 12-9. My best surprise so far is my Platoon DH combo. Roenicke/Mize have 13HR and 30RBIs in 21 games (96ABs). That is pretty cool since they were a last minute idea of mine. :D
Early Wynn is 0-4 with a 6.39 ERA. I'm hoping that will change soon!!

Kev, maybe you're wishing they didn't bring Wynn back after all! Oh yeah, and I think it was STEVE Wynn, and not Early Wynn that they have pitching for you.

Thanks Fred. Early needed someone to make fun of him to get him going!! He went out and picked up a "Wynn" last night. He is now 1-4. In fact, he was part of my first sweep of the season over my good buddie Steve (our friendly elusive government peacekeeper).
I now have 2 teams that are currently 15-9. Perhaps I have teams that are contender!!! :D .......Nah! They will fold like all the others!

Looks like the power of positive thinking isnt working so well for ehlekev so far ... the more he hopes his team will collapse the better it seems to do.

Well AT, this league's team is 25-14 and won 6 straight. That only means I may finally get a team to avoid 100 losses!!
