Netplay League - looking to expand

We currently have 9 managers.
We played the last season using the 2004 teams.
This season we will be using the 2005 teams.
It is a keeper league, the managers keep all the players from their 2004 team that played in 2005 no matter where they went.

There is also a supplemental draft. You get a player from any non-franchise team. 1 for 2004, 1 for 2005. You get an additional player if your team had less than 81 wins in the season (exisiting teams use their netplay record)

The time commitment is about 4 hours a week.
The $ committment is $65 plus S&H, to get version 11 plus card images.

1. This season will be played with 2005 cards?

2. Keeper players are anyone who was on the roster at season's end or at any point in the 2004 season?

3. Do the new players get the advantage of anyone who was on the team they selected in 2004 for their 2005 teams no matter where they went?

4. All players must otherwise come off the roster of the team you picked except for the supplemental pick?

5. How is the supplemental draft order decided?

6. When you say 1 pick from 2004 and 1 pick from 2005 does this mean that you select a 2004 player but use his 2005 card?

7. I would like to know who else is involved. If you want to send me a pt with that information that's fine.

We are using the 2005 player set.
You would get the 2005 players on your teams roster (your franchise) except for the players that were on another franchise team's roster in 2004.
You would also get any players from 2004 that went to another team in 2005.
As an example - Randy Johnson was drafted in the supplemental draft in 2004, so the Yankees will not get him in 2005.
Orlando Hernandez was on the 2004 Yanks, so unless the Yanks release him, he would not go to Chicago in 2005.
You would get 2 picks in the upcomming draft. 1 because you missed the 2004 draft and 1 for the 2005 draft (if you take a team who had less than 81 wins in 2005 you would get a 3rd pick).
The draft selection is based on the teams record. For those in the league, it is based on how they did last season, for anyone new it would be based on their 2005 record.

Houston - Lucky - 81 (will be taking the Dodgers instead)

BlueJays - BobM - 59 - (not returning)

Draft order will be the reverse of this. Anyone with less than 81 wins gets 2 picks. The picks are from the players that are not on any of the 2005 francise teams (including the 2004 players that moved and the 2004 players that were drafted)
