ATG III Franchise League

buster,

if you want the indians, they're yours just tell me. otherwise, consider: reds
browns/orioles
senators (senators, twins, rangers)
milwakee (2 braves, 1 brewers)
or anything else you can come up with.

Since most of those teams have 3 years, i'd be fine with you adding a fourth. Or add the two mets years to the two whitesox years.

Only one suggestion If we have 72 teams why not split remaining teams among teams to so everyone has 6 to compete with the Yanks Have went against and been the yankee franchise Pitching leaves a lot but you can definately put together a Ultra version of Murderer's Row with those six teams Had 4 players with over 60 HR and 7 with over40 Nettles an even 30 and Rizzouto 4 so they maul you

I've never done one of these leagues before, so I don't have a strong feeling about adding the other two teams one way or the other. I figured the Yankees would be limited somewhat by the salary cap. granted, they can put together an $87 mil lineup, but that would leave them a $13 mil pitching staff.

Why don't we start the league, and then put it to a vote right after the draft?

I'll send the league name and password to the yankees, redsox and dodgers. (the giants are already in) Once those three are in se'll get the phils, pirates, tigers and indians in. that'll give me time to figure out what franchise i want for the fourth team in the west.

I would actually like to see this a 200 mil cap..After all it is an ATG league so lets have the money to use all the studs and make it a true ATG league :D

I just noticed that there are only 70 teams in ATG III, so we could only add one extra team.

I like the idea of a 200 mil cap in ATG, but with everyone limited to one franchise, there are some teams that don't have 200 mil worth of salary to spend.

The Tigers are created----Just waiting on the word to enter...Gonna be an impressive lineup....Cobb--Greenberg and the list goes on...Then again everybodys lineup will be loaded......Based on an earlier message I guess I am in the central so I'll just wait for a pm from someone with the PW and when to enter.
