V,

I think I had Marshall 6th or 7th.

I absolutely got killed in the Draft,

I ended up with (from what I remember), only 9 guys that I drafted.

That includes my .75 guys.

Got 1st draft pick, but that won't fix this mess.

Looks as though Carlos Lee is gonna DH with that 5 in LF huh?

I'm happy that I got my infield corners set with Carew/Brett. Also happy to get Burleson @ SS with his 1. I can probably live with Billy North in CF as well. Where I go from here? I have no frickin' clue...

I actually was hoping for North,

I have no experience with this game, (only played 1 '80s game)

This is way beyond me,

I went for some pitching, then speed, speed, speed.
I didn't get most of it either.

Lou Brock, Brett, Concepcion, Garner, Kaat.....these are some of the players that I didn't get.

I am sooooo gonna be wasting 100 bucks trying to figure this out.

At least with the 200x games, I have an Idea of what the players are like and what they can do.

I remember most of the guys from the '70s, but like Tekulve, I always thought he was lights out too.

I didn't do well with the All time Greats III, and I expect some of the same here.

I don't know if I should build for defense, speed, hitting, Pitching.......just so lost here.

Well, Morgan's too expensive, tried to draft concepcion and missed him....got Griffey Jr however! Perez was tempting, but went after Cooper (missed him of course!)....and as you know, i don't have BENCH!!

And, quite frankly, their pitching wasn't that good! LOL... :wink:
