Who's got the record for the lowest staff ERA in 2006?

Please post the ERA and a link to the team. I'm betting that lower ERA teams don't always correlate with winning teams.

I had a team with a 2.88 era and a 1.05 whip with 92 wins

This team had 2.89 era, 1.11 whip, 94 wins and a title:

those are my only teams that got below 3.0 for an era, and they both did well, so i'm not sure on your hypothesis.
