As per OUR Charter and Rules -- The Draft Order and Divisions will/are determined by Regular Season standings (since the Playoffs can be such a crapshoot).

I will now repost the Current Rosters thread so you can start figuring out whom you are going to drop and whom you will be keeping and for trade purposes.
I will be updating the FA post as soon as the new Ratings Book and Disk are released by S-O-M. Basically, anyone that played LAST SEASON in MLB who is NOT on a current USKL roster will be eligible to be drafted.
