Noob Needing Some Assistance

Hey, I just started my season and I want to know if there are any obvious improvements my team can undergo that I am missing.

I am playing in Turner Field and have- Pedro, Z.Duke, F.Garcia, A.Harang, J.Vasquez for my starting pitchers. I got Eddie Guardado for saves and Andy Sisco & Justing Lehr for middle relief. A couple other low priced relievers round out the bunch, none over .7 mill.

My lineup is- R.Furcal SS, C.Crisp LF, V.Guerrero RF, J.Kent 1B, C.Jones 3B, V.Wells CF, R.Belliard 2B, M.Alou DH & G.Zaun C.

My season has already started and I am first in my division. J. Kent has already hit 5 homeruns and V.Wells is batting almost .400

I was thinking about trying to drop my high dollar middle relief and my #5 pitcher to try and get A.Pettite off of the waiver wire, but now that the season has started I will have to drop someone else, possibly on offense.
