I am looking to upgrade:

[b:7d65f8660f]SS[/b:7d65f8660f] (O Cabrera is ok, but looking to improve)
[b:7d65f8660f]RP [/b:7d65f8660f](I Have Rivera, Benoit, Speier, and could use another around the level of Benoit/Speier)
[b:7d65f8660f]*SP[/b:7d65f8660f] I could really use 1 more top *SP. I have Clemens/Rogers/Schilling to trade back in such a deal

I potentially still have for trade:
Milton Bradley -young & crazy, with good efence, OBP, and power vs LHP
Trot Nixon - solid OB machine (40/38)
Luis Gonzalez - average LF
Kenny Lofton - most likely a pinch runner, but could lead off vs RHP
Gary Sheffield - kills LHP this year, probably bad to stud status next year
Ken Griffey Junior - 8BPHRs each side, but really more of a next year deal
and maybe Bonds - A,Y has 48/45 OB, 7+8,6+8 HRs
or Soriano - young, fast, powerful 7+8, 8+8 HRs
Kendall/Lo Duca - Great OBP catchers

DT Shilling and Rogers are both * pitchers I'm a little confused on what you are trying to accomplish, other than swapping age for youth.

BTW is this board really slow loading for anyone else??

Niners- I already have a front 3 (Mussina, Halladay, RJ) I am looking to turn the other 3 into a 4th *SP that is closer the Clemens than Baker.

I told you Sandy I have to wait to see if Niners wants our super-mega-blockbuster to go through ;)
