Sorry about the frenzy thing. I had built the league and for some reason had missed the waivers piece until after I had entered the league. I was going to rebuild the league but it occurred to me that in a league like this, waivers is almost unfair. Firstly, everyone gets exactly who they drafted. Everyone has all the time in the world to research the available players and make roster decisions knowing they would get those players. Since all 12 teams get their 25 players everyone is equal so who gets the first waivers pick?? Does HAL decide? Since everyone is equal going into waivers, it seems unfair that someone should be #11 or #12.
Since it is me and Andrew in the league so far, I can create a new league and move us if you wish.

As pointed out by Kev above, it just doesn't matter if we frenzy or waiver. My vote would be to leave it "as is" and move on.

I vote for waivers, not only because that is what Tom had posted in his rules but also to see if he is right that the waivers order will be the same order as the teams were entered. If he is right then Kev would have first waiver pick. The other reason for waivers is of course I'm sure we will all have players that we were deciding between A or B and went with one of them but might end up changing our minds after seeing all the players and parks taken. Like going with an on base guy over a power guy then end up in a division with mostly homerun parks.

Andrew is correct that there may be some tweaking you might want to do. I'm not opposed of re-creating a new league. It isn't that hard. However, most of these leagues where everyone has drafted their team based on getting all the players they want (which are available) are set up as frenzy.
On the other hand, I was just thinking that perhaps when you see the other ballparks in your division, you may want to make some changes. But I then go back to the point of "is it fair that someone gets the #12 pick in waivers even though the other 11 players got the 25 guys they wanted?
But then I think is it fair that the guy who is closest to his computer at the time of the frenzy gets to tweak first? I don't know! The original league rules said Waivers.

I am officially on the fence! Count me as a "non vote".
