I just discovered that Hector Carrasco got a starter rating. I would like to personally thank Mike Sciosia for his wisdom and foresight in giving Carrasco 3 starts, and thank Hal Richman and company for deciding to give him that rating based on those 3 starts, despite not giving it to him last year when he started 5 times. I ******* about Ryan Howard, but this makes up for it :D .
