Petrosian, We will use the pick three numbers to determine the draft orders for the two leagues, usually higest number drafts first. We will use a serpentine draft format (1-12, 12-1 etc.). Normally, we would use Penngray's web site to draft (http://www.penngray.com/draft/), but since this is only a two round live draft, we'll just do it on the boards, I'm sure. for future reference, you should probably PM Penn to make sure you have a logon (your screen name) and password (your choosing) for his site. The draft site is a wonderful tool with the ability to set proxies, etc. Your draft-mates will talk you through any questions/problems you might have. Normally we either do 16 rounds and autodraft the rest or draft full 23-25 man rosters.

Live drafting is great and my favorite way to put together a team. A completely different set of skills than filling out a draft card, you can (must :) ) adjust your team on the fly. It's the best way to be inducted into the exclusive Weasel Club. Live drafts are the most sure-fire way to become a member, if you're drafting with me. :D
