Vast majority of the time, I would say, no. I have used him on occasion, when I couldn't find a better choice to lead off, and his OBP is decent, and I love his speed. But the errors are killers, IMO. USUALLY, there will be much better SS/lead off guys available on the FA wire. So for me, he is a fall back to guy, only. Of course, on some theme teams, he very well MAY be your best option, but in straight draft leagues, again, NO. :)

Do a search & you can find some pretty entertaining/informative threads on the relative merits of Bush versus say, a Crosetti.
