Hey Petrosian,
ILC stands for the forum: Individual League Chat.... I started 2 threads in that area and we will use them for the live draft. Once the lottery results are listed tonight then we can rank everyone from highest to lowest. We'll use the threads to make picks by copy and paste. I expect to begin tomorrow with the 2 round live draft. NO TIME LIMIT especially because it's only 2 picks...Bobby

There are a few states (I think Idaho is one) that don't have Sunday night lottery drawings.

....i'll take California...if that's the case...
