OK.

NO stick picks may be used to swap letters for Jack Bauer alphabet compliance.

You MAY stick opposite SPs and the Stickee MAY use the stuck pitcher for opposite purposes (the same way stuck opposite hitters may be utilized) .

I have two problems:

1. I picked two "k" players. "R" is my secret letter.
2. Based on current conditions, I will be unable to pick a team in compliance with the rules.

That's the bad news.

Here's perhaps the "good" news. If I drop the last player picked who put me in non-compliance, Krause, and pick another player in that spot, I can finish up the draft in compliance.

So as not to hold up the draft, I will make a pick. If you permit me to drop Krause and repick please so advise and I can finish up in compliance.

Sorry for the f up. It was rather hard to concentrate on this last week while I was away.

No penalty for Uncle NY - nothing, agree w/ commish

However, the penalty for picking under the 24 rule legally and STILL running out of $'s or compliane still stands.

- I can post reminder if needed but basicly it's dropping your highest $ drafted player.

The reason behind no penalty for Uncle NY is because the Krause was an ILLEGAL pick and should have been caught by himself or someone else.


Penalty for He's Meat for leaving me only 1 proxy - AGAIN - when he's on the turn :? :shock: :evil: :P

I also agree with the no penalty ruling. So, UNY just needs to drop Krause, pick his replacement, AND give us his first pick for the next round. :)

fyi - if i'm permitted to drop krause, there's only one possible way i can fill out my card and remain in compliance. and only one of the players I'd take would be have been under conisderation at all.
