It's a lot easier to analyze these if you can post links to your teams. This allows us to take a look at your competition, more quickly calculate how much you've spent on different areas of your team, and see who's available in the free agent market.

With that said, just a couple quick comments:
Your pitching staff on Team 1 is making it too easy to load up on lefty hitting. Unless your division is full of a lot of righties, I would recommend adding a reverse righty to your rotation (maybe an extreme guy like Jason Davis as a spot starter).
Your lineup on Team 2 is making it too easy for opponents to grab a hard righty spot starter or two to shut you down. You've way overspent for Teixeira in MM. You need some lefties or switchies (generally) to keep your opponents honest, but your power should be built through righties with 2 or 3 non-power lefties or switchies to build OBP. Tex will hit far too many long ball outs against righties. If it's not too late, you need to be able to hit righty pitching better. Unless you've got a glut of lefty pitching in your division, I would recommend doing something different with either Wells or Franceour, dump Tex, add another righty bat that's strong against righties and a switch-hitter or left-handed hitter with low BP HRs, good defense, and high OBP.
