Freddy Garcia and Unearned Runs

Hey Guys,
An interesting point has come up in our league. The Montreal Producers pointed out that they have a 37 run differential between unearned/earned runs, meaning that errors abound. When I took a closer look at his team I noticed that Freddy Garcia takes the brunt of this with a 17 run differential. I looked at Garcia's card and noticed that 32% of the total chances on his card (lefty and righty) are X-fielding (Split dice rolls) meaning that Freddy relies heavily on his fielding. I surmised that the errors must result from this fact. This brings me to a new draft strategy for pitchers, which I assume is nothing new, pick more pitchers with lower percentages of X's or buff up the fielding in cases like that of Garcia.
