Also, regarding the earlier question, after the draft there will be an autodraft in which each owner selects players from his/her two franchises (only) to make form each team. The owner keeps rights to all unselected players unless traded.

How do you trade the rights to undrafted FA's?

OK, think I get the undrafted FA deal. The players not on your active roster are in effect a farm system that you can pull from if you can clear the cap space. If you can find a willing partner, you can trade those players not on your active roster that are part of the teams you selected.

How do we keep track of all that??

That is right. Undrafted free agents are like your farm team. I propose that we keep track as follows. Once 2 owners agree on a deal involving free agent rights, they send a league-wide email announcing the change of rights to a particular free agent.

how will the draft order be determined?

Draft order to be determined by lottery in the usual way. The top number will be required to draft first, second number drafts second, etc. (you are not allowed to trade draft position nor are you allowed to pick a lower draft slot). Please include a state when signing up.
