1. No pitcher over $1.5 million ($2M before was toooo high) .
2. All teams will play at Fenway 67
3. It will be a $100 million league using DH
4. Draft order will be by pick 3, note your state during sign-up, highest to lowest
5. Draft will be serpantine
6. Divisions will be (1,4,7,10), (2,5,8,11), (3,6,9,12)
7. We will draft off of Penngray's site. (with his approval of course)
8. 12 round draft then autodraft with waivers the rest.
9. Anything else we can think of...
10. I suggest a 2 hour time limit on the draft, it is a good idea to use proxies. Let me know of conflicts.
11. Pick 3 will be tonight, Tuesday, Nov 15. If someone could voluteer to get the numbers and post them, that would be great. We should start to draft Wednesday, target noon eastern.
12. The first round we will be lax on the time limit, after that let's keep it moving. If you have an issue or problem, please let everyone know.

The draft has been created and all members entered. Once the draft order is finalizied, I'll update on the draft site and we can get started.
