I have tried and get no response...That seems to be the way of things here....I have noticed several times before people will put complaints in the complaint/suggestions thread only to never be even acknowledged.. In this instance I sent an email and got some generic PM that says they don't have time to answer all emails etc...This is GARBAGE!!! I have been in the service industry for over 25 years and I cannot even imagine not responding to a complaint...That folks, is how you lose customers...Pelzer for one anyway :cry: I am not kidding either--I will not spend one more penny on this game if this is not addressed...And with my piss poor winning pct. they make a bunch off of me..LOL..Very few credits come my way so they will loose some money with me anyway...Oh well, the ball is in their court so we'll see...The sad thing is, in my div I am with ugrant and a couple of other really good managers and the winner of our div most likely will not be much over .500...So in my estimation the wild card is not possible in our division because of the caliber of managers and quality teams. In the offending teams div the leader is already 8-1 and I believe the 2nd place guy is 7-2. :evil:

What is happening in this league is an outrage. :evil: :evil:
However, even if TSN fails to act in this instance Larry I don't think you should just give up this game. Are you going to let one bad actor in one of your leagues end your enjoyment and OUR enjoyment of having you in our leagues? :shock:
There are too many good guys playing this game and great fraternity amongst several of us like ehlekev, DocTax, errormagnate and many, many others to just walk away over one knucklehead in one of your leagues.
Anyway I know that I for one would be very sad to see one of my best TSN SOM buddies leave the game. :cry:
However, even if TSN fails to act in this instance Larry I don't think you should just give up this game. Are you going to let one bad actor in one of your leagues end your enjoyment and OUR enjoyment of having you in our leagues? :shock:
There are too many good guys playing this game and great fraternity amongst several of us like ehlekev, DocTax, errormagnate and many, many others to just walk away over one knucklehead in one of your leagues.

That is true Randy, and playing with all you guys has been the highlite of it all....Who can forget the Mayberry league...That thing was hilarious...and all the others. But the bottom line for me is I see that it is all about money and raking it in...How many complaints go unanswered in that thread--almost all of em'!!! Like the rules thing you posted above, if this is not an instance to take over a team then what is?? I would really like to play the upcoming season and I love the 69' set. (It is the only one I've ever won championships in). But I won't unless they make amends here..At the very least if this is fixed I will not play auto leagues again...Only, theme leagues or leagues containing Strat Vets. You and others may think I am making to big a deal out of this but if you are running a business and your customers have complaints, you fix em-Period!!! You don't ignore em' and hope they go away....Or they will go away for real. By the way---0-12 and counting. :roll:

Hey guys, I PM'd Bernie with an SOS about this situation. Even though this isn't my league.....it effects my friends and I don't like the precedent that is being set here. Hopefully, this will be addressed soon.

Hello fellas, I also am a player in that league. I play in the same division with Mr. Pelzer & Mr. Ugrant and I voiced my opinion before the season started to all members in the league with a very long message about this very disgraceful situation and owner. I actually hoped the message would call him out and he would respond. But no, that didn't even faze him. I am overraged with this. Our division with Mr. Pelzer & Mr. Ugrant & also Team Donut Holes ( which i definitely don't want to leave out , because he is a very solid owner that I have competed with also in atg3) is a barnburner every night. There is no way our division has a chance at the wildcard, because we'll beat each other to the point where the winner will probably not be much above .500. I think the league should have never started, and now we should be refunded a credit! I appreiate the fellowship response I have seen here by other members about this issue. The owner of that team has ruined our league and should be ineligible to play anymore. Very unprofessional by this team owner & also very unprofessional by BERNIE and the staff on their not responding to this issue.

Larry, Sounds like ugrant got a reply about this from TSN. It is not a satisfactory one but they did reply it seems. I still say that this owner is violating the No Tanking rule that I copied above.
