If you do a google websearch on "fleisig gyroball" you will see that I've been interviewed on this several times in the last few months.

If it exists, I'll see some in my biomechanics lab soon. If it doesn't exist, of course I won't.

I think it exists, just that nobody's perfected it yet. imagine though, a ball that spins sideways back and forth. if he does throw it, the red sox UNDERPAID for him.
