Can this team win?

I am playing in Ameriquest. Division has Camden, Bank One. and Turner.Any advise? http://fantasygames.sportingnews.com/baseball/stratomatic/2006/team/team_other.html?user_id=16942

A hard lefty SP could really neutralize you.
The only decent hitter you have to combat that LH is Ramirez.
I'd like to see another bat that hits lefties well.
Ameriquest, you gotta remember, is also HR friendly to righties.
