You purchase a team, then draft 25 guys and rank them in the order of NEED!! You wont get them all?? Then if the league fills up with 12 other mgrs at just past 12:00 eastern time everyone gets to see there team. It is a frenzy from that point on!! You hurry to see who you ended up with and go to the Free Agents and start dropping and picking up player that didnt get drafted. The frenzy comes from at that very same time 11 other mgrs are trying to fill the holes that they have on there team. A free for all so to speak. Ranking your players that you draft on your team is of the utmost importance. Come on in the waters fine. 8)
